PROGRAM İÇERİĞİ

Agnus Dei'nin yedinci, sekizinci ve dokuzuncu programlarında Georg Friedrich Hendel'in en önemli dinsel eseri olan Mesih Oratoryosu'nun tamamını üç programa yayılmış bir şekilde dinliyoruz. 2009 yılında Hendel'in ölümünün 250. yılı nedeniyle Hendel'in eserlerinden oluşan etkinlikler yapılırken Mesih oratoryosu da en çok seslendirilen eserlerden biri. Programın dokuzuncu bölümünde Mesih Oratoryosu'nun Nasıralı İsa'nın dirilişini anlatan üçüncü bölümünü Trevor Pinnock yönetimindeki The English Concert orkestra ve korosunun dönem çalgılarıyla kaydettiği yorumundan dinliyoruz. Ayrıca eserin bitiminde öne çıkan 4 bölümle "bis" yapıyoruz.

Programın sekzinci bölümünde Mesih Oratoryosu'nun Nasıralı İsa'nınçarmıha gerilmesini anlatan ikinci bölümünü (yani pasyon bölümünü) Trevor Pinnock yönetimindeki The English Concert orkestra ve korosunun dönem çalgılarıyla kaydettiği yorumundan dinliyoruz.

Agnus Dei'nin beşinci ve altıncı programlarında, Pentakost ve Teslis bayramları/yortuları için Lutherci Protestan kilisenin litürjik (yani kilise ayinlerinde çalınmak ve söylenmek üzere yazılmış) eserlerinden örnekler veriyoruz. Altıncı programımız Paskalya'dan sekiz hafta sonraki Pazar gününe denk gelen (2009'da 7 Haziran) Teslis (Trinity-Üçleme, yani Baba-Oğul-Kutsal Ruh) bayramı nedeniyle Johann Sebastian Bach'ın Teslis bayramı için yazdığı kantatlarını çalıyoruz.
